  • Anyone who feels called to experience more calmness, relaxation and inner peace by going within.

  • There are different benefits to guided meditations. Some of them are that you can feel calmer, relaxed, more focused and aware of your body and mind. It can also help you to feel more self-love and confident, if it is a guided meditation that has affirmations on these topics.

  • To get the fullest benefit from meditation it is suggested to do it on a regular basis. But if you aren´t able to do that, then meditating once in a while still is beneficial as you probably will experience for yourself.

  • The guided meditation that works for you depends on your experience and preference. If you are a beginner then I recommend that you start with a meditation of 5 minutes and if you feel after a while that you enjoy the meditation and are benefitting from it, then you can progress to the meditations that are longer.
