This is a 7-9 week long online course depending on if you choose to take the bonus modules or not, designed for you to learn at your own pace. The course consists of audios, videos and a pdf.

No, absolutely not. It is crucial for HSP to have a serene spare time since their sensitivity requires a lot of downtime and rest but anyone in this modern world would feel better and more energized from this course. A lot of people in today’s society feel overwhelmed by the demands and information that the world give us which is why this benefits everyone. Most people can cope with this world, but I want people to thrive and not only survive, so I welcome everyone who wants more energy and inner peace to take this course.

This is a self-paced course meaning that you have access to it forever, but you choose the pace you want to go on. My recommendation is to follow the system of doing one section each week which then makes the course take 7 weeks to complete without the bonus modules and 9 weeks with the bonus modules. This is because I believe you will need some time to integrate the learnings and healing within the course.
